By creating an account or using our tools, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide:

  • Web-based tools accessible via ueno.com.au subdomains
  • A credit-based system for paying for tool usage at near-cost pricing
  • Account management and billing dashboard

Accounts

You must create an account to use UENO tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

We offer sign-in via Google, Apple, or email and password. You may only create one account per person.

Credits and Payments

  • Credits are purchased in packs ($1, $2, $5, $10 USD) via Stripe
  • 1 credit = $0.01 USD
  • Credits are used to pay for tool actions (API calls, etc.)
  • Credits are non-refundable digital goods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law
  • Credits do not expire
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days notice

Payments are processed by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). GST is not currently applicable.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use our tools for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with our services
  • Automate access beyond normal tool usage
  • Resell or redistribute access to our tools

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Deletion is permanent and immediate. All your data, including credit balance, transaction history, and usage logs, will be permanently removed from our systems. Remaining credits are forfeited upon deletion.

Stripe retains minimal transaction records as required by financial regulations.

Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the amount of credits you have purchased in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, business interruption, lost profits, or third-party actions.

These limitations do not affect your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

UENO, its design, and its tools are the intellectual property of OU Group PTY LTD. Data you create using our tools belongs to you.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of UENO tools means you accept any changes.

Dispute Resolution

  • Contact us first — we prefer to resolve issues directly
  • If needed, we'll use mediation in Melbourne, Australia
  • Australian law applies
